This is all the info I have from the last 10 hours or so for people in Fukushima. Make good decisions and be safe.
Gas:Pretty much no gas/petrol anywhere in Fuku-ken, make sure you have enough.
Roads: All roads seem to be ok at this point, traffic in Aizu from what I’ve heard.
Water: still out in Fukushima, Koriyama and anywhere east of that.
Reactors: 1 and 3 are stable, water is being supplied to 2, Radiation at front gate as of 3:30 it was 596.4 micro severts, no harm to humans, Fire put out at number 4, taking preventive measures for 5 and 6.
Buses: Seems buses are running from Iwaki to the Fuku Airport, and potentially Koriyama to Fukushima and Aizu. Aizu bus is running 4 a day to Niigata (http://bit.ly/hJcXyi). Niigata buses are also running to Kanto and Kansai…kansai for sure.
Trains: Niigata trains and shinkansens running. South of Ishikawa in Nasushiobara the Tohoku Shinkansen is running.
Wind directions: Wind directions for next 3 days in Fukushima:
English(by the hour): http://www.jma.go.jp/en/jikei/313.html
Evac zone: still 20km from Power plants, but people within 30km have to stay indoors – Namie, Minami-souma, Iitate and Northwestern Iwaki are included in the 30km zone.
