The Daily Yomiuri tweets: “Govt says a cooling pump is now operating at the spent fuel pool at the No 5 reactor at the Fukushima No 1 nuclear power plant.”
Tepco says temperatures have fallen in the spent nuclear fuel pool at reactor 5, reports Kyodo.
TEPCO says it should have electricity back to the 1, 2, 5, 6 reactors today and to 3 and 4 tomorrow at the Fukushima nuclear plant.
